According to Article 43 of this Law, it entered into force on June 13, 2017, on the day of its official publication, except the following provisions:
- Paragraph 3 of Article 3, paragraph 3 of Article 11, paragraphs 7 and 9 of Article 13 entered into force on July 1, 2017;
- Articles 18, 19 , paragraphs 1) to 1-9) of Article 29 entered into force three months after its date of entry into force (June 13, 2017).
