Year of Version 2017 Dates Signature: December 29, 1995 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Other Notes This consolidated version of the Family Code takes into account amendments up to 'Federal Law No. 438-FZ of December 29, 2017, on Amendments to Certain Laws Regarding the State Registration of Civil Status in in Multifunctional Centers for the Provision of State and Municipal Services', which entered into force on December 29, 2017.
For the amendments introduced by the said Federal Law No. 438-FZ, see Section IV, Chapter 12, Article 70, paragraph 5, Article 72, paragraph 5 and Article 73, paragraph 6.

Article 34(2) and 36(3) under Chapter 7 of Section III of this consolidated Family Code relate to marital property and intellectual property.
Article 34(2) provides that assets acquired during the marriage are considered as community property, among others, the income from the exploitation of intellectual property.
Article 36(3) provides that the exclusive rights to intellectual property created by one spouse during marriage are considered that spouse’s personal property.
