This consolidated version of the Rules on the Registration of the Assignment Agreements and License Agreements of Exclusive Rights to Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Service Marks, and Agreements on the Absolute or Partial Assignment of the Exclusive Rights to Integrated Circuit Layouts, Computer Programs and Databases incorporates all the amendments introduced by the following Orders:
- Order No. 25 of August 26, 2011 of the Director General of the Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on Amendments to Rules on the Registration of the Assignment Agreements and License Agreements of Exclusive Rights to Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Service Marks, and Agreements on the Absolute or Partial Assignment of the Exclusive Rights to Integrated Circuit Layouts, Computer Programs and Databases, which was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 30, 2011 under No. 1481-1, and entered into force on October 10, 2011;
- Order No. 128 of October 14, 2013 of the Director General of the Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on Amendments to Rules on the Registration of the Assignment Agreements and License Agreements of Exclusive Rights to Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Service Marks, and Agreements on the Absolute or Partial Assignment of the Exclusive Rights to Integrated Circuit Layouts, Computer Programs and Databases, which was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 21, 2013 under No. 1481-2, and entered into force on October 28, 2013;
- Order No. 23 of November 6, 2017 of the Director General of the Agency on Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on Amendments to the Rules on the Registration of the Assignment Agreements and License Agreements of Exclusive Rights to Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Service Marks, and Agreements on the Absolute or Partial Assignment of the Exclusive Rights to Integrated Circuit Layouts, Computer Programs and Databases, which was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 17, 2017 under No. 1481-3, and entered into force on November 20, 2017.
