This consolidated version of Federal Law No. 401-FZ incorporates all the amendments up to 'Federal Law No. 275-FZ of October 5, 2015, on Amendments to the Federal Law on the Protection of Competition and Certain Laws of the Russian Federation', which was officially published on the website of Official Internet-Portal of Legal Information (http://www.pravo.gov.ru) on June 10, 2015, and entered into force on January 5, 2016, 90 days after the day of its official publication, except for Article 4 which entered into force on the day of its official publication, in accordance with Article 6.
For the amendments introduced by the said Federal Law No. 275-FZ, see Article 1, paragraphs 10 and 16 of the consolidated version.
Article 1, paragraph 8) of this consolidated Federal Law introduces amendments to Article 11 of Chapter 2 of the Federal Law No. 135-FZ of July 26, 2006, on the Protection of Competition, relating to the prohibition on anti-competitive agreements.
