This consolidated version of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights incorporates all the amendments up to the Act of December 20, 2016, on the Improvement of the Enforcement of the Right of Authors and Performers for an Appropriate Remuneration and the Regulation of Issues Relating to Publishers’ Participation, which entered into force on March 1, 2017, on the first day of the third month following that of its publication in the Federal Law Gazette, except for Article 2, which entered into force on December 23, 2016.
Article 1 of the said Act of December 20, 2016 introduces changes to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Amendments to Sections 32-32a, 36-36a, 41, 69a, 79, 88, 90, and 132;
- Insertions of new Sections 32d-32e, 36b-36c, 40a and 79b.
