Year of Version 2011 Dates Amended up to: November 22, 2011 Entry into force: January 31, 2002 Issued: January 14, 2002 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Other, Industrial Property, IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated version of the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 7 of January 14, 2002 takes into account amendments up to Decision No. 895 of November 3, 2011, which entered into force on November 22, 2011. The said amending Decision No. 895 introduced amendments to the following provisions of the Regulation on the Assessment and Valuation of Industrial Property Rights arising from the Results of Scientific and Technical Activities attached to this consolidated version: - In the second paragraph of item 5, the words "of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" are replaced by the words "Federal Service for Intellectual Property"; -In the second paragraph of item 6, the words "by the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management" are replaced by the words "by the Federal Agency for State Property Management"; - In item 8 the words "by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced by the words "by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation", the words "by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation" are replaced by the words "by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property".
