This consolidated version of the Organic Law on Intercultural Education incorporates all the amendments up to the Organic Code of the Social Economy of Knowledge, Creativity and Innovation, which was adopted on December 1, 2016, published in the Official Registry Supplement No. 899 on December 9, 2016, and entered into force on the date of its publication (see the Seventh, Fifteenth and Sixteenth Provisions of Title VII; and the Forty-Third Provision of Title VIII of this consolidated Law for detailed amendments).
The consolidated Law contains provisions relating to the promotion of education, science, technology and innovation, arts and culture (see Title I, Chapter One, Article 2; Title II, Chapter 2, Article 6, Chapter 4, Article 10; Title III, Chapter 4, Article 36, Chapter 5, Article 43; Chapter 7, Article 54; Chapter 9, Article 71; Title IV, Chapter 3, Article 88).
