Year of Version 2016 Dates Signature: November 27, 2010 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of Federal law on Customs Regulation incorporates all the amendments up to 'Federal Law No. 188-FZ of June 23, 2016, on Amendments to Article 100 of the Federal Law on Customs Regulations in the Russian Federation', which entered into force on July 24, 2016.

This consolidated Federal Law, inter alia, provides for the role of custom authorities in the protection of intellectual property (Section I, Chapter 2, § 1, Article 12), and establishes measures for protection of intellectual property rights (Section VII, Chapter 42, Articles 305 to 310).
