This consolidated text of the Competition Act incorporates all the amendments up to Act on the Amendments to Competition Act and Rural Development and Agricultural Market Regulation Act (hereinafter the 'Amendment Act), which was adopted on December 11, 2014; was published in Part I of the State Gazette [Riigi Teataja] on December 30, 2014 (RT I, 30.12.2014, 2); and came into force on January 1, 2015.
For the amendments introduced by the Amendment Act, see Chapter 5, Section 21; Chapter 6, Sections 30, 33, 34^2, 42 and 42^2.
Section 68 of Chapter 8 provides for the obligation to maintain business secrets.
