'The notified text prescribes the form and content of the Application form and required documentation for action by customs authority (pursuant to Art. 8 (3) of the Law on Customs Measures for IPR). It also prescribes the Application form for extension of the period for action by customs authority (pursuant to Art. 14 (9) of the Law).'
