For the amendments introduced by Article VIII of the said amending Law No. 101, see Article 3(2)(b) and the heading of Article 28 of the consolidated version where the words 'Official Bulletin of Industrial Property of Moldova' are replaced by 'Official Bulletin of Intellectual Property of Moldova'.
