- Law 19.891 creating the National Council on Culture and the Arts and the National Cultural and Artistic Development Fund, which was promulgated on July 31, 2003, was published on Official Gazette and came into force on August 23, 2003.
- Law No. 20.435 amending Law N° 17.336 on Intellectual Property, which was promulgated on April 23, 2010, and was published in the Official Gazette and came into force on May 4, 2010.
