Year of Version 2016 Dates Entry into force: July 1, 2003 Adopted: January 7, 2003 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Other Notes Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 370-ІІ of January 7, 2003, on Electronic Documents and Electronic Digital Signatures establishes the legal framework for electronic documents, electronic signatures and certain certification services.
This consolidated version of the Law incorporates amendments up to Law No. 419-V of November 24, 2015, which entered into force on January 1, 2016.
For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 419-V, see the following provisions of the consolidated Law:
