'The Decree adds subparagraph VIII to Article 148 of the Federal Law on Copyright on the limitation of economic rights.'

The Single Transitional Provision of the Decree states that it comes into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Decree was published in the Official Gazette on March 17, 2015, and came into force on March 18, 2015.
