The notification by Kazakhstan to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'[The Order] approves the application form and the list of documents submitted for accreditation of organizations for collective management of rights.'

The Order incorporates the amendments to the said list of documents made by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 375 of December 9, 2013, which came into force on February 16, 2014.
