This consolidated version of Chapter 30 of the Penal Code contains, inter alia, provisions regarding business espionage (section 4), violation of a business secret (section 5), misuse of a business secret (section 6), definition of business secret (section 11), and criminal liability for the misuse of business secret (section 13).
