Notes:
Sections 13 and 14 deal with infringement of patents in aircraft. Section 14 exempts certain aircraft from seizure, detention, or any interference on the ground that the construction, mechanism, parts, accessories of or operation of the aircraft infringes a patent, design or model. This exemption applies to aircraft registered in any country or territory in respect of which there is a declaration by the President, with a view to fulfillment of the provisions of the Convention on International Civil Aviation that the benefits of the exemption apply to that country or territory. It also applies to such aircraft as the President may by proclamation specify.
