This consolidated text of Law of Ukraine of No. 3689-XII of December 15, 1993, on Protection of Rights to Trademarks incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 5460-VI of October 16, 2012, on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine regarding the activities of the Ministry of Science and Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Energy and Mining and other Central Executive Bodies guided and coordinated by the Respective Ministers, and the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting.
For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 5460-VI of October 16, 2012, which entered into force on December 5, 2012, see the following provisions of the consolidated text:
