This consolidated version of Regulation No. 71 of January 18, 2003 incorporates all the amendments up to 'Regulation No. 957 of September 14, 2011, on Amendments to Certain Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers on Intellectual Property', which entered into force on September 21, 2011, and amended for the first time on December 23, 2016.
For the amendments introduced by the said Regualtion No. 957, see section II, paragraph 9 under the Annex attached to this consolidated version.
