'The Circular amends and supplements some provisions of No. 01/2007/TT-BKHCN of February 14, 2007 on guiding the implementation of the Government’s Decree No. 103/2006/ND-CP of September 22, 2006, as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BKHCN and Circular No. 01/2008/TT-BKHCN on guiding the grant and withdrawal of industrial property assessor card and eligibility certificate for industrial property assessment organizations, amended and supplemented by Circular No. 04/2009/TTBKHCN of March 27, 2009'.

The Circular was signed on July 22, 2011, and entered into force after 45 days as of the signing date.
