The Commercial Code can be applied supplementally to the arbitration procedure under Chapter III of the Federal Law on Copyright.

Article 219 of the Federal Law on Copyright provides that 'in the event of any dispute concerning the rights protected under this Law, the parties may submit the controversy to arbitration, which will be regulated under the provisions of this chapter, its regulatory provisions and supplementally the Commercial Code'.

The Code deals with unfair competition and is indirectly related to Intellectual Property.
