The notification by Spain to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Law of Civil Procedure No. 1/2000 of 7 January, 2000, published in the Official Journal of January 8, 2000, the Fifth Final Provision of which amends Articles 125.1 and 133 of Patent Law No. 11/1986 with regard to the kind of proceedings and possible adoption of appropriate precautionary measures in civil actions relating to patents. The Single Disabling Clause of this Law repeals, as of the date of its entry into force, Articles 125.3, 125.4, 133.2, 135, 136.1 and 136.2 of Patent Law No. 11/1986 of March 20, 1986.'
