Notes:	The notification by Spain to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'These new Statutes, inter alia, meet the need to modernize the structure and operation of the Association, thus enabling it to meet its objectives more effectively, and to bring the previous Statutes into line with the amendments, which Law No. 7/1997 of April 14, 1997 introduced into Law No. 2/1974 of February 13, 1974 on Professional Associations, as amended by Law No. 74/1978 of December 26, 1978.'
