Year of Version 2013 Dates Status as of: December 20, 2013 Amended up to: April 6, 2011 Entry into force: April 27, 1997 Assented: February 27, 1997 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 (Chapter 12) takes into account amendments up to the Courts Act 2003 (Chapter 39). Schedule 10 of the said amending Act (Chapter 39) provides for the repeal of section 2(6) to (8) in Schedule 2, paragraph 3 of the said consolidated version, which entered into force on April 6, 2011. This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Act 1997 was updated and generated on December 20, 2013 (see "Changes to legislation" on page 15 at the bottom of the version for detailed information).
