Year of Version 2013 Dates Status as of: August 19, 2013 Enacted: April 25, 2013 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The Crime and Courts Act 2013 entered into force on different dates, in accordance to its section 61 under Part 3 (Miscellaneous and general). This version of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 does not incorporate yet any amendments and contains a number of prospective provisions. Schedule 9, Part 1, paragraphs 21, 27, 30 and 49; and Part 2, paragraphs 72, 120 and 134 of of the Act 2013 (which are prospective provisions in this version of the Act) provide for the amendments to the Patents Act 1977; Plant Varieties Act 1997; Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988; Registered Designs Act 1949; and Trade Marks Act 1994. This version of the Crime and Courts Act 2013 was updated on August 18, 2013, by including the provisions that are prospective therein.
