Year of Version 2013 Dates Entry into force: April 6, 2013 Adopted: March 13, 2013 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes This Order, issued pursuant to sections 159 and 208 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 ('the Act'), applies Part II of the Act to works originating from other countries and also confers reciprocial protection under Part II of the Act on certain countries.
This Order also provides in the Schedule to it a consolidated list of countries to which the provisions of the Act apply.
This Order also replaces the Copyright and Performances (Application to Other Countries) Order 2012 and the Copyright and Performances (Application to Other Countries) (Amendment) Order 2012.

The text of the Copyright and Performances (Application to Other Countries) Order 2013 is subject to Crown copyright protection (@Crown Copyright).
