Notes:
This law governs the actions of government administrative agencies, enumerates the principles of administrative procedure, and establishes what is called the administrative silence, and protects individual rights under the principles of transparency and openness, and the negative impacts of administrative silence.

It simplifies procedures, shortens timeframe in order to respond to requests from individuals and companies, improves the availability of information and streamlines processes and procedures.
