Year of Version 2008 Dates Entry into force: May 29, 2003 Adopted: May 14, 2003 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This Law governs the actions of government administrative agencies, enumerates the principles of administrative procedures, establishes what is called the administrative silence, and protects individual rights under the principles of transparency and openness, and the negative impacts of administrative silence.

It simplifies procedures, shortens time-frame in order to respond to requests from individuals and companies, improves the availability of information and streamlines processes and procedures.
