The provisions of this Law apply to all actions, proceedings and resolutions of the centralized Federal Public Administration, subject to the provisions under international treaties to which Mexico is party.
An example of an IP related provisions is Article 237 of the Federal Law on Copyright, '[t]he parties affected by acts and resolutions issued by the Institute by means of which end an administrative procedure, resolve an instance or a case file, may seek legal review under the Federal Administrative Procedure Law. '
