Harmonization with the seven UN Directives: on computer programs; on satellite broadcasting and cable retransmission, including provisions on mandatory collective management and mediation in negotiation for the right of cable retransmission through the Commission for mediation in the field of copyright and related rights; on rental, on lending and certain related rights; on harmonizing terms of protection of copyright and related rights; on protection of databases including data basis with sui generis protection; Information society directive with the redefined scope of application of the existing types of use and introducing the right of making available to the public; as well as introducing a right of resale royalties. In the course of improvement of the inspection control State Market Inspectorate, the Ministry of Economy became competent for the infringement of the right over phonograms, video grams and computer programs.
