The Act aims to regulate three types of actions that limits or distorts competition, namely anti-competitive cooperation between companies (Chapter 2), unilateral conduct of companies constituting abuse of dominant position (Chapter 3), and structural changes relating to control of mergers between undertakings (Chapter 4).
Article 12 refers to the exemption to the duty to disclose business secrets of a technical nature.
