Notes:	In patent law matters, the Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland constitute a common territory of protection. Thus, the Swiss Patent Law applies also to Liechtenstein. For a compulsory license for semiconductor-technology in cases of unfair competition, see Article 40a. In Patentangelegenheiten stellen das Fürstentum Liechtenstein und die Schweiz ein einheitliches Schutzgebiet dar. Daher ist das Schweizer Patentrecht auch auf Liechtenstein anwendbar. Für verpflichtende Lizenzen für Halbleitertechnologien in Fällen des unlauteren Wettbewerbs, siehe Art. 40a.
