Acte de Paris (1971) - Articles 22 à 38: Avec la déclaration prévue par l'article 33, alinéa 2) relatif à la Cour internationale de justice.Stockholm Act (1967): A notification was deposited by the Government of Malta in which that Government indicated its desire to avail itself of the provisions of Article 38(2) of the Stockholm Act of the Berne Convention. This notification entered into force on the date of its receipt, that is, on September 21, 1970. Pursuant to the provisions of the said Article, Malta, which was a member of the Berne Union, could, for five years from April 26, 1970, the date of entry into force of the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), exercise the rights provided under Articles 22 to 26 of the Stockholm Act of the Berne Convention, as if it were bound by those Articles.
