Avec une réserve conformément à l'article 35.2) de l'Acte de 1991.1978 Act: Acceptance was accompanied by a declaration stating that the United States of America will apply the provisions of Article 37, paragraphs (1) and (2), with regard to protection of the same genus of species under different forms and also with regard to the patentability criteria and period of protection applicable to normally asexually reproduced plant varieties.
