Acte de Paris (1971): Conformément à l'article I de l'Annexe de l'Acte de Paris, cet État a invoqué le bénéfice des facultés prévues par les articles II et III de cette annexe. La déclaration correspondante est valable jusqu'au 10 octobre 2014.Ratification of the Rome Act (1928) subject to the following reservation "...the Government of Ceylon... reserves for itself the right to enact local legislation for the translation of educational, scientific and technical books into the national language."
