Declaraciones, Reservas etc.
Accession to the Geneva Act (1999) was accompanied by the declaration that under Article 17(3)(c) of the said Act, the maximum duration of protection provided for by the law of the Principality of Liechtenstein is 25 years.Liechtenstein has notified acceptance for the termination of the London Act (1934), on December 13, 2010. The termination of the London Act will become effective three months after the Director General of WIPO receives the last required notification of acceptance.
