Paris Act (1971): Pursuant to Article I of the Appendix of the Paris Act, this State availed itself of the faculties provided for in Articles II and III of the said Appendix. The relevant declaration is effective until October 10, 2014.Accession to the Paris Act (1971) subject to the following declaration: "The Republic of Uzbekistan declares that the above mentioned Convention shall not apply to the literary and artistic works which on the date of entering into force of this Convention for the Republic of Uzbekistan are already public domain on its territory".
