Declarations, reservations etc.
Accession to the Paris Act (1971) included a notification in which the Government of Mauritius declared that it availed itself of the faculties provided for in Article II and III of the said Appendix. The relevant declaration was effective from May 10, 1989, until October 10, 1994.
Paris Act (1971): With the declaration provided for in Article 33(2) relating to the International Court of Justice.
