Paris Act (1971): Pursuant to Article I of the Appendix of the Paris Act, this State availed itself of the faculties provided for in Articles II and III of the said Appendix. The relevant declaration is effective until October 10, 2014.Accession to the Paris Act (1971) included a notification in which the Government of the Republic of Cuba declared that it availed itself of the faculties provided for in Article II and III of the said Appendix. The relevant declaration was effective until October 10, 2004.
Paris Act (1971): With the declaration provided for in Article 33(2) relating to the International Court of Justice.
