Accession to the Stockholm Act (1967) was accompanied by the following declaration: "The Government of the Mongolian People's Republic considers that the provisions of Article 24 of the Convention are contrary to the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples (Resolution 1514/XV adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 14 December 1960)."Stockholm Act (1967): With the declaration provided for in Article 28(2) relating to the International Court of Justice.
