Declarations, Reservations etc.
In a notification dated February 7, 2008, a declaration was made pursuant to Article 5(2)(c) of the Protocol where refusal of protection may result from an opposition to the granting of protection, such refusal may be notified after the expiry of the 18-month time limit. This declaration was withdrawn on April 10, 2008, before its entry into force.In accordance with Article 5(2)(b) of the Protocol, this Contracting Party has declared that the time limit to notify a refusal of protection shall be 18 months.
