Declarations, Reservations etc.
Accession to the Stockholm Act (1967) subject to the following declaration: With reference to Article 5(1)(a) of the Protocol Regarding Developing Countries, Pakistan intends to apply for a period of ten years in the first instance the reservations provided in Article 1 of the said Protocol, with the exception of the reservation provided in paragraph (a) of that Article.

This State deposited its instrument of ratification of (or of accession to) the Stockholm Act in its entirety; however, Articles 1 to 21 (substantive clauses) of the said Act have not entered into force.Stockholm Act (1967): Alternative entry into force date: February 26, 1970.
Application to the Rome Act (1928) by the United Kingdom: June 27, 1931; Entry into force: August 1, 1931.
