Declarations, Reservations etc.
With a reservation pursuant to Article 35(2) of the 1991 Act.1978 Act: Acceptance was accompanied by a declaration stating that the United States of America will apply the provisions of Article 37, paragraphs (1) and (2), with regard to protection of the same genus of species under different forms and also with regard to the patentability criteria and period of protection applicable to normally asexually reproduced plant varieties.
