Stockholm Act (1967): Pursuant to Article 3bis of the said Act, the Government of Latvia declared that the protection resulting from the international registration shall extend to Latvia only at the express request of the proprietor of the mark. Date of effect: January 1, 1995.
Additional Information
Latvia denounced the Madrid Agreement (Marks) in a note dated December 21, 1925, with effect from December 21, 1926.
