Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks

Accession by the Slovak Republic

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Slovak Republic, on February 16, 2010, of its instrument of accession to the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, adopted at Singapore on March 27, 2006.

In conformity with Article 28(3), the said Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Slovak Republic, on May 16, 2010.
