Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms
Succession by the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Signature of the Convention
The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to inform him that, according to the notification received from the Secretary-General of the United Nations, the Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina deposited, on January 12, 1994, its instrument of succession to signature of the Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms of October 29, 1971. The said Convention was signed by the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on October 29, 1971 (see Phonograms Notification No. 1), but it has not been ratified by that country.
