Accession by the Republic of the Gambia

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the deposit by the Government of the Republic of the Gambia, on September 9, 1997, of its instrument of accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), done at Washington on June 19, 1970, amended on September 28, 1979, and modified on February 3, 1984.

The said Treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of the Gambia, on December 9, 1997.
