Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and their International Registration
Accession to the Stockholm Act by the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in accordance with the provisions of the above international instrument adopted at Stockholm, has the honor to notify him that the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic deposited, on September 22, 1970, its instrument of accession, dated September 3, 1970, of the Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and their International Registration of October 31, 1958, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967.
A separate notification will be made of the entry into force of the Stockholm Act of the said Agreement when the required number of ratifications or accessions is reached.
