Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure

Notification by the European Patent Organisation (EPO) of Change in Fees Charged by the Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures

The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to notify him of the receipt, on March 19, 1984, of the notification of the European Patent Organisation (EPO) stating a change as concerns the fees to be charged by the Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures as an international depositary authority under the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure, done at Budapest on April 28, 1977. The text of that notification is attached.

The fees set forth in the said notification will apply as from the thirtieth day following the date (April 30, 1984) of the publication of the said fees in the April 1984 issue of Industrial Property/La Propriété industrielle, that is, as from May 30, 1984 (see Rule 2.2(c) of the Regulations under the Budapest Treaty), and will replace the fees for the communication of information under Rule 7.6 and for the delivery of the attestation pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the said Regulations, as published in the September 1981 issue of Industrial Property/La Propriété industrielle.

NOTIFICATION

Referring to Rule 12.2 of the Budapest Treaty, I have the honour to notify the following changes with respect to items 5.4 and 5.5 in the Schedule of Fees of the Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures:

5.4 Communication of information under Rule 7.6 of the Regulations under the Treaty hfl. 40.-
5.5 Delivering of the attestation pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Regulations under the Treaty hfl. 40.-
