Database of Biodiversity-related Access and Benefit-sharing Agreements

As part of the work of the WIPO Intergovernmental Committee on Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore (IGC), WIPO is currently in the process of compiling an on-line, searchable database of biodiversity-related Access and Benefit-Sharing Agreements and related information, with a particular emphasis on the intellectual property aspects of such agreements.

The database is a work in progress. Interested parties are invited to contribute by completing Questionnaire WIPO/GRTKF/IC/Q.6 [DOC] and by sending it to the Traditional Knowledge Division at grtkf@wipo.int.
