The objective of the mission are to do consultation meetings with the senior management and relevant officials from DIP to: (I) Review the mandate, legal and institutional framework for administration of IP rights in comparison with best practices at the international level; (II) discuss a range of options for optimal institutional, legal and management framework; (III) gather information on DI^'s existing human resources, infrastructure , operating systems and financial management regime; and (IV) share the initial findings with the senior management of DIP and explore the possible next steps. |
